Location: Orangeville (4 days in office, 1 day remote) Compensation: $130,000 + 10% bonus + benefits + RRSP About The Opportunity Our client is a growing, multi-location distribution organization operating in a high-volume, inventory-driven environment. With a strong presence across multiple warehouse locations, the business supports complex supply chain, logistics, and customer operations. The Role Our client is looking for an Information Systems Manager to lead and evolve their ERP landscape, with a primary focus on NetSuite. This high-impact role will sit at the intersection of IT, Finance, and Operations, ensuring systems effectively support the scale and complexity of the business. The Information Systems Manager will be responsible for the overall ownership, performance, and continuous improvement of the NetSuite environment. This individual will lead a team of system administrators and act as a key partner to business leaders across finance, supply chain, warehouse operations, and sales. This is a handson leadership role requiring both strong technical knowledge of NetSuite and a deep understanding of business processes within a distribution environment. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the NetSuite platform, including financials, inventory, purchasing, order management, and warehouse operations Lead and develop a team of NetSuite administrators and support resources Act as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable system solutions Oversee system enhancements, configurations, customizations, and integrations Manage third-party vendors, developers, and implementation partners Ensure system stability, performance, data integrity, and security Support financial processes including monthend close, reporting, and audit requirements Partner with operations and warehouse teams to optimize inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment workflows Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve reporting visibility Develop and execute a roadmap for NetSuite aligned with business growth and operational needs Support systemrelated initiatives tied to expansion, new locations, and acquisitions Qualifications 8+ years of experience supporting ERP or business systems Minimum 3+ years of handson NetSuite experience (required) 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or system resources Strong understanding of financial systems, inventory management, and supply chain processes Experience working in a distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing environment Proven ability to manage crossfunctional projects and competing priorities Strong communication skills with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders Nice to Have NetSuite certifications Experience with WMS, EDI, or logistics integrations Exposure to highvolume, multiwarehouse operations Whats In It For You Opportunity to own and shape the ERP function in a growing organization High visibility across the business, working closely with senior leadership A handson role with the ability to drive meaningful change and process improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
