Job Description

Enhance food safety and quality programs in a leadership role as a Quality Continuous Improvement Program Lead. Foster compliance, investigate quality issues, and mentor teams in bakery operations. As a pivotal member of the quality assurance team, you will focus on ensuring adherence to food safety standards and effective quality control initiatives. Manage investigations into consumer concerns and use data to drive continuous improvements next to supervising production quality and compliance. Your role will drive training and support for ongoing quality initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Address complaints and identify corrective actions Analyze non-conformance for quality improvement Monitor ingredient quality and production processes Develop and manage food safety training programs Lead QA lab operations to ensure compliance Requirements: Minimum 5 years in food industry, preferably in bakery Bachelors in Food Science or related area 3+ years in team/employee management In-depth knowledge of GFSI, HACCP, and Quality Systems Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Lead the charge in continuous improvement in quality and food safety standards within the bakery industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
