Advance your career as a Finance Manager on an 18-month contract with QuadReal in Vancouver. Drive accounting processes and oversee key financial reporting and analysis functions. QuadReal is looking for a Finance Manager to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information within the Corporate Accounting team. Your role will include managing accounting procedures, supervising team members, and collaborating with Financial Planning & Analysis. You will support corporate expenses and capital assets, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Manage full cycle of procurement and payables accounting Oversee timely bank reconciliation processes for corporate accounts Implement and maintain effective financial controls Support quarterly and annual financial statement preparation Manage team responsibilities and professional development Requirements: Degree in Business or Accounting with CPA designation At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience Proven supervisory and managerial skills Proficient in Excel, knowledge of Yardi Voyager a plus Strong understanding of accounting policies and reporting standards Leverage your finance skills and leadership at QuadReal in this contract role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
