To know more about our Data Centers Infrastructure solutions please visit is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Project Director to lead the delivery of a Data Center project location consisting of multiple buildings and associated infrastructures ensuring the objectives below are met: Delivery of the assigned Data Center location safely, on schedule, and within approved budget. High performance consistency across all buildings within the site location. Effective coordination between construction, project controls, supply chain, and technical teams. Leadership & governance for Project Managers and the broader site organization. Client representatives and key contractors satisfaction at the site level. This is position requires regular travel to Houston, TX during the preconstruction phase (first 12 to 18 months), and onsite in Edmonton, AB during the construction & commissioning phases. Relocation support is available for qualified candidates within Canada . Roles And Responsibilities Lead the full execution of the assigned project location, overseeing multiple Data Center buildings and associated infrastructure. Manage and support Project Managers responsible for individual buildings, ensuring alignment with site objectives and execution standards Monitor sitelevel performance across cost, schedule, quality, safety, and technical coordination Ensure effective coordination between contractors, suppliers, and internal teams operating across the site Review and approve key project deliverables including schedules, forecasts, recovery plans, and major change requests Resolve sitelevel issues and risks that could impact delivery across multiple buildings Maintain close coordination with the Program Manager to ensure alignment with portfolio objectives and client commitments Lead client engagement at the site level, ensuring transparency, communication, and delivery confidence. Qualifications And Experience Bachelors degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline is required. 20+ years of experience managing largescale construction or industrial projects Proven experience delivering complex projects with multiple contractors and overlapping scopes. Prior experience delivering largescale Data Center or missioncritical facilities is highly preferred Strong background in cost control, scheduling, contract management, and site leadership Demonstrated ability to lead multiple project teams simultaneously. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. PMP certification or equivalent project management credential are preferred OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training is preferred.
