Position Overview Support the Project and Regional Safety Team(s) by actively implementing and enforcing site safety programs in the field. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, corporate safety initiatives, and projectspecific safety plans through direct engagement with crews and subcontractors. Location: Frederick, CO Reports To: EHS Regional Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Field Safety Compliance - Spend the majority of time in the field monitoring work activities for adherence to the site safety plan and OSHA regulations. Conduct frequent safety walks and inspections to identify hazards and verify corrective actions. Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices among all personnel. Assist in reviewing and enforcing PreTask Plans (PTPs) and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) at the point of work. Verify that subcontractors follow approved safety procedures and elevate issues to the Project General or Safety Superintendent and Regional Safety Manager/Director when required. Incident Prevention & Reporting - Immediately address unsafe conditions and behaviors in the field. Report observations, near misses, and incidents promptly to the Project General or Safety Superintendent. Participate in root cause analysis for incidents and help implement corrective measures. Communication & Documentation - Maintain safety walks and inspection reports on Procore. Keep safety boards updated with current information. Collect and organize Safety Data Sheets (SDS) from all site teams. Share safety insights and best practices with the project team. Document safety discussions in coordination meetings. Work with project team to generate and maintain Project Specific Safety Program; maintain all safetyrelated documentation and reports. Provide feedback from the field to improve safety program and procedures. Demonstrate professional written and verbal communication, and active listening and interpersonal skills. Training & Meetings - Conduct Temp Labor Safety Orientations and Initial Safety Training (101 FCI Safety Training). Reinforce safety training during daily interactions with crews. Support toolbox talks and tailgate meetings by sharing practical safety insights. Act as a resource for workers with questions about safety requirements. Assist in facilitating EHS compliance courses (i.e., Equipment operation, FA/CPR/AED, OSHA 10, etc.). Attend EHS Team Meetings. Qualifications 2 to 3 years of MultiSite Construction Safety Supervision Experience & Storm Water Pollution Prevention Planning and Maintenance/Execution. OSHA 30. First Aid/CPR/AED credentials. Strong leadership, communication (both verbal and written), and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to input safety data on Procore.
