Your mission will involve building educational partnerships and integrating climate literacy into diverse programming. Work with school boards, indigenous partners, and community organizations to revolutionize how we educate the public about conservation. Key Responsibilities: Lead a comprehensive education strategy aligned with the Zoo''s mission Integrate climate change literacy into various educational programs Develop barrier-removing learning models for underserved communities Collaborate on scientific education initiatives with Chief Science Officer Guide a high-performing team, including over 300 Zoo volunteers Requirements: 7+ years in educational leadership or community engagement University degree in Education, Adult Learning, or related field Proven program design and implementation skills Strong knowledge of biodiversity education Excellent communication and leadership abilities Embrace your role in creating impactful and inclusive educational experiences at the Toronto Zoo. #J-18808-Ljbffr
