Job Description

One of two territories in Greater Calgary, either Calgary North or Calgary South. MacDonald Search Group has been engaged by a high-growth, entrepreneurial beverage company to recruit a Sales Representative to drive expansion across the ready-to-drink (RTD) category in the Greater Calgary market. This role will focus on either North or South Calgary, depending on where you are based, and is ideal for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who wants to build a brand in a fast-moving and highly competitive segment. Some of what you will do in this role includes: Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve volume, distribution, and growth targets across Greater Calgary. Identify and win new business while growing and optimizing existing retail and on-premise accounts. Build strong, credible relationships with store managers, buyers, and key decision-makers. Execute in-store programming, merchandising, and promotional activity to drive visibility and sell-through. Represent the brand at tastings, events, and industry activations, becoming a true ambassador in market. Partner closely with Marketing to ensure strong alignment between brand strategy and in-market execution. Monitor local market trends, competitive activity, and consumer preferences within the RTD and beverage alcohol space. Deliver a high level of service while managing day-to-day account needs, forecasting, and reporting. You should have the following in your background to be successful: 2+ years of sales experience within beverage alcohol or CPG, ideally with exposure to RTD or adjacent categories. Strong understanding of the Alberta beverage alcohol landscape and route-to-market dynamics. Proven ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and deliver results in a territory-based role. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to operate independently in a high-growth environment. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel throughout the Calgary territory. What''s in it for me?
