Responsibilities Influence the results, including sales and profit Lead a highperformance team that delivers on the operational efficiency targets. Manage all areas of the facility to ensure business is set up for sustainable financial growth Determine your stores inventory to ensure high levels of accuracy and minimal losses, while meeting the buying needs of the community Be actively involved and connect with the stores local community Be part of a Cooperative with more than 100 years of proven success and continuously named a Top 80 Employer in Alberta Qualifications Results oriented with a track record of using accountability and performance metrics to drive the right behavior and business outcomes in either themselves or people reporting to them. 5+ years of operational experience in a leadership role in a customer service and operational excellent centred organization. Strong salesmanship skills with a customer focus and the capability to coach and develop direct reports to successful outcomes. Successfully used change management practices to ensure that changes remain in place and benefits were realized. Ability to work collaboratively and take a leadership role within the area Strong planning and organisational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), SAP, pointofsale systems in a retail environment This is a safetysensitive position and will be on site at UFA facilities and will be using UFA material handling equipment.
