Lead the complex integration of Supplemental Type Certificate modifications in the De Havilland Canada C-415 aircraft. This role involves overseeing electrical harness manufacturing and ensuring seamless production processes for Aerial Firefighter fleets. As the Director of STC Integration, you''ll drive the strategy for successful STC integration and responsible modifications. Your leadership will span disciplines, overseeing the complete alignment from design through to manufacturing while building an in-house harness capability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage STC partners and enhance production integration.
