Job Description Insight Global is seeking two experienced Mechanical Designers to join a large modular housing company in Calgary, working onsite 5 days a week. This is a fastpaced role that requires a strong teamfirst mentality. With an uptick in projects going into the new year, the team needs additional support to manage the workload. A successful candidate will work closely with the manufacturing and design teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time. Proficiency in Revit, including strong experience uploading files, updating models, and making design changes. Experience in both drafting and design, with solid knowledge of mechanical design calculations and load calculations. Previous experience in construction or HVAC environments. Strong understanding of National and Provincial Building, Plumbing, Gas, and Fire Codes; familiarity with IMCC or UPC is considered an asset. Excellent communication and the ability to work well within a team. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or completion of a Mechanical Engineering Technology program. P.Eng or EIT designation. Knowledge of NECB; familiarity with IECC is an asset. Experience with modular housing design. #J-18808-Ljbffr
