Lead as a Youth Support Supervisor devoted to enhancing the lives of homeless youth. This role is vital for managing shelter operations with a focus on client-centered and trauma-informed practices. You will be responsible for guiding front-line workers and fostering a supportive team culture. This position involves overseeing daily operations, staff training, and facilitating effective communication throughout the team. Key Responsibilities: Direct and inspire front-line youth service staff Conduct regular team meetings for quality assurance Promote and enforce health and safety standards Manage staff schedules and performance evaluations Compile reports and ensure data management compliance Requirements: Relevant degree in Social Services or equivalent 3-4 years experience with 1 year in a supervisory capacity Understanding of youth homelessness and support resources Valid driver's license, certified in CPI/ First Aid/ CPR Must be flexible with shift assignments Drive positive change as you lead frontline efforts and support the growth of youth in the community. #J-18808-Ljbffr
