Moving from passive targeting to active assistance, from demanding attention to delivering value.The RoleCluep is looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to join our Toronto team. You will be responsible for managing the trafficking, delivery/pacing, optimizations, and reporting of digital ad campaigns for multiple publisher clients within a team environment. You will work with Ad Ops team members and cross functional groups to address and resolve all ad ops issues in a timely manner.Responsibilities:Coordinate, manage the execution and the technical aspects of the campaigns such as Ad-serving, delivery, pacing, trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting, etc.QA flighting/setup and launching of the campaigns.QA various tags provided by clients.Identify and resolve technical issues related to campaign assets, tags, pixels for both clients and internal teams.Troubleshoot ad serving errors such as report discrepancies and broken creatives etc.Provide high-end monitoring and reporting as request by client in a timely manner.Monitor and deliver against key KPIs such as CTR, VCR, Viewability, Conversions % daily.Manage campaign pacing, adjusting as needed to ensure campaign budgets deliver in full.Provide management report of key campaign statistics (performance, pacing etc.).Identify new levers and suggest processes for operations optimization.Coordinate with Sales & Account Managers to service accounts efficiently.Work closely with AMs and coordinate daily with them to ensure the smooth launches of the campaigns and day-day ad operations.Interact with client's, agency's ad-operations team to handle any of their technical and Ad Operation Queries on a day-to-day basis.Escalate potential technical failures spotted for the campaigns and/or Cluep infrastructure within the operation perspective.Pro-actively analyze and improve processes to attain efficiency.Implement, document, and enforce QA checklists.Coordinate with Engineering team on a regular basis to request and test new features for Clueps mobile advertising platform and internal admin dashboard.Analyze on-going activity with current Campaigns and Brands.Maintain and stay current on industry news and research.Required Qualifications and Skills:University Bachelor's Degree.2-3 years of working experience in an Ad Ops or technical Account Manager role within the digital, mobile advertising area, programmatic is a plus.Strong knowledge of technical market standards (JS Tags, Rich Media, oRTB, OMSDK, ad-serving, SSP, DSP, DMP etc.).Good understanding of web standards such as HTML, JS / JSON, etc.Solid grasp of Google Analytics, GCM, DV, MOAT, IAS and other 3rd party attribution modelling and methodologies.Experience with regular reporting, collaborative strategic planning, and performance management.Understanding of online delivery technology, especially marketing technology (eg. cookies, ad servers, etc.).Positive team player that can be adaptable and resourcefulAbility to work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Time off: 3 weeks of paid vacation approx. 2 weeks off during holiday period and 4 extended summer long weekendsSchedule: hybrid work model (3 days in office) with flexible start/end timesWell-being: employer paid extended health benefits and paid sick daysCulture: supportive team environment and inclusive work forceSocial: semi-annual offsite social events, holiday and life event celebrations, quarterly company wide all hands, and more!We are an equal opportunity employer and vow to make any necessary disability-related accommodations, upon request, throughout the entirety of the recruitment and selection process.
