As we continue to grow, we are seeking to hire Outside Wholesaler & B2B Sales Representative who will be responsible for online marketing activities through various wholesale and B2B channels, to achieve the annual and monthly goals; This role will also be tasked with working closely with Sales & Marketing team and other cross functional team (Supply Chain, Customer Service, Accounting, etc) to track goals in order to maintain sustainable growth. Job Description As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence within the B2B sector. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets Identify, prospect, and acquire new wholesale and commercial clients within the furniture and home industry Build and maintain long term relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, and distributors Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, pricing strategies, and new business opportunities Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to align offerings with market demand Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and market feedback through CRM systems Provide ongoing account management to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships Requirements 35+ years of proven B2B sales experience (furniture, home goods, or related industry preferred) Strong understanding of the eCommerce and wholesale distribution landscape Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills Strategic thinker with strong business acumen Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Existing network within the furniture or home goods industry Experience working with large retail accounts or distributors Competitive salary and commission structure.
