Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed quota on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Attract, hire, develop, and retain top sales talent while fostering a culture of high performance. Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive market share, revenue, and profitability objectives. Accurately forecast revenue streams on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines. Conduct quarterly business reviews with sales representatives to assess performance, identify development needs, and provide actionable feedback. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers while ensuring a value-based selling approach. Monitor and enforce adherence to corporate policies and procedures. Manage corporate assets responsibly, including demo room equipment and company resources. Prepare and present Quarterly Business Plans to align sales activities with organizational goals. Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Conduct semi-annual employee reviews and 90-day evaluations for new hires to ensure alignment with performance expectations. Present monthly sales performance reviews to leadership, highlighting progress against business plans. Monitor customer satisfaction through regular Business Account Reviews and follow up on improvement areas. Recruit, test, and hire sales professionals in alignment with corporate hiring standards. Ensure all sales territories are staffed with high-performing representatives capable of meeting or exceeding targets. Maintain 100% staffing levels and make necessary adjustments when performance standards are not met. Ensure all new hires receive structured onboarding and sales training, including attendance at company-sponsored sales schools. Conduct monthly Sales Workshops to address team development needs. Spend at least 50% of time in the field observing, training, and coaching sales representatives. Create a motivated learning environment that supports skill development and career growth. Lead by example in professionalism, integrity, and commitment. Set clear expectations for revenue, activity levels, and professional growth, and follow up consistently. Conduct regular coaching and counseling sessions to enhance sales effectiveness and morale. Demonstrate strong business acumen, competitive drive, sound judgment, and ethical leadership. Foster collaboration, trust, and effective communication across all departments. Qualifications Proven track record in competitive selling and account management, including at least 7 years'' experience in the office products and solutions sales environments (of which 2 are in sales management) Good grounding in PC and network concepts and the ability to apply these skills to understanding and delivering printing solutions to our customers Ability to coach and develop sales teams in a value-added selling environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools. Strong business acumen with a focus on profitability and long-term customer relationships.
