As part of our energetic and talented Social Impact team, you will be responsible for leading the coordination, codesign, and delivery of evaluation activities across all three 211 partner organizations. This role ensures highquality evaluation practices that meet funder requirements, support internal decisionmaking, and demonstrate the collective impact of 211 Alberta provincially. The position strengthens system performance by standardizing methodologies, synthesizing data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. It plays a key role in positioning 211, a communityled, impactful, datadriven provincial service. This position reports to the Director, 211 Alberta with a current end date of March31,2028. The Day to Day: Coordinate and steward a provincewide evaluation system across all three 211 Alberta partners, ensuring alignment with evaluation standards, accountability frameworks, data governance requirements, and government or funder expectations. Codesign, implement, and maintain comprehensive evaluation frameworks, integrating rigorous participatory methodologies (quantitative, qualitative, mixed methods), logic models, theories of change, GBA+, and culturally safe evaluation practices. Develop, write, and present highquality evaluation reports, briefs, dashboards, and knowledgemobilization products for diverse audiences including leadership, funders, government partners, and community stakeholders. Lead crosspartner coordination and capacity building, including supporting evaluation literacy, training partners on tools and frameworks, facilitating alignment on indicators, and strengthening evaluation culture across the network. Support systemwide organizational efforts across all three 211 Alberta partners by applying evaluation insights to identify structural constraints and contribute to crosspartnership planning that strengthens workflow consistency, integration, and overall service delivery. Analyze and synthesize complex multipartner data, ensuring accuracy, ethical use, methodological rigor, and actionable insights to improve program delivery, policy alignment, and system performance. Support grant reporting, funding proposals, performance measurement requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring evaluation activities reinforce systemlevel accountability. Ensure compliance with ethical evaluation standards, data privacy legislation, and data sharing agreements, including secure handling of sensitive information across organizations. Represent 211 Alberta to funders, ministries, partners, and external evaluators, ensuring clarity of evaluation expectations and consistent messaging on provincial impact. About you: You are a highly analytical and collaborative professional who brings advanced Excel expertise and strong data analysis skills to rigorously evaluate portfolio performance, assess risk management effectiveness, and ensure alignment with investment objectives. You are confident relationshipbuilder, able to foster trust and teamwork while engaging effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise reports and presentations that drive informed decisionmaking. With sharp criticalthinking skills, you analyze complex information, develop sound recommendations, and solve problems proactively. Youre also someone who can lead and influence across teams and sectors, bringing people together to achieve shared goals. You thrive in a digital environment and are proficient with MS Office (Office365, including MS Teams and SharePoint), and you enjoy learning and using new technologies. You have experience using CRM systems and data to inform decisionmaking, paired with a highly organized, proactive, and solutionsoriented mindset. Your background includes a postsecondary undergraduate degree in Business, Social Sciences, Humanities, Social Work or related field plus six or seven years of relevant experience. The following are great assets to have: a minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience, evaluation certification (Credited Evaluator), data analysis and visualization training (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and projectmanagement training. A combination of education and lived experience will be considered. A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle are required, as some travel within Edmonton and the surrounding area is part of the role.
