Overview We are looking for a Part-time Inventory Control Worker to join our team at our Calgary Distribution Center for the Days and Afternoon shift. Pet Valu, a specialty retailer of pet food and supplies for Bosley''s, Tisol, and Total Pet, is looking for candidates like you! What are we looking for? Education High School Experience Solid ability to perform various functions in a Warehouse environment Effective communication and interpersonal skills Strong sense of urgency and time management skills Proficient with Microsoft Office programs Comfortable lifting products up to 50lbs each RF experience is required Minimum of 1 year experience in a comparable Administrative, Clerk or Coordinator role What You Will Be Doing Punctual attendance and arrival on shift as schedule ready to work Attend crew meetings and communication sessions as required Participate in stretch program Adhere to all external and internal policies and procedures as required Maintain a clean and safe working environment Quality Control checks and Audits Fill Rate sustainment 3PL reconciliation and resolutions Outbound shorts monitoring and live adjustments as required Process Returns and Damages Perform inventory adjustments as authorized to correct inventory New product and Discontinued product set ups and slotting Cycle counting and trend analysis on related shrink Control expiry date items to ensure quality and saleability Review and respond to internal emails and requests for corrective actions Participate in Annual Physical Counts when applicable Meet all daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as per established schedule and deadlines Perform other duties as required What is in it for you?
