This role supports the Manager Therapy Services and ensures the safety and health of clients through infection control, ongoing communication, education, and monitoring activities. Clients are typically individuals discharged from the hospital who require continuing medical support. They undergo care assessments, are medically stable, may be any adult age group, and might require mechanical or two-person lifts. Clients typically require assistance for 12 days to 16 weeks and may or may not require a formal care plan.
