Experienced Landscape Construction Crew Leader Jonathan Robert Landscapes Ottawa Jonathan Robert Landscapes is an award-winning landscape construction company specializing in high-end residential outdoor living spaces . We build custom landscapes including pools, stonework, outdoor structures, and complete backyard transformations. We are looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Crew Leader who takes pride in craftsmanship, leadership, and building exceptional outdoor spaces. This is a handson leadership role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading a small crew, and delivering high quality work. What Youll Do Lead a 25 person landscape construction crew Build highend landscape projects including: Interlock patios and walkways Retaining walls and steps Decks, fences, and landscape structures Planting and grading Read and work from construction drawings and landscape plans Organize daily tasks and keep projects moving efficiently Ensure work is completed to high quality standards Maintain a safe and organized job site Communicate project progress with management Train and support less experienced crew members Operate landscape construction equipment and tools What Were Looking For 35+ years experience in landscape construction Experience leading or mentoring a crew Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods and materials Ability to read landscape plans and construction drawings Ability to operate skid steers, compact equipment, and power tools Strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid Class G Drivers License What We Offer Competitive pay ( $32 $42 per hour based on experience) Dental care, extended health benefits profit sharing Company events Fulltime, steady work Opportunity to work on highend landscape projects Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong physical stamina #J-18808-Ljbffr
