Job Description

Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Review product design and suggest changes based on market research, competitors, and industry trends. Determine the best method to distribute a product and oversee the entire product launch process, including sample distribution. Create and manage production timelines using project tracking software and communicate project deadlines with all involved parties. Hold incremental meetings with involved parties and management to provide updates on project progress and communicate the project''s status. Organize and file documents critical for production, such as pricing estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor/supplier contracts. Create quality assurance checkpoints and alerts throughout the production timeline and report quality concerns to management. Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory, logistics outgoing and incoming, and account notes. Compile data, be able to analyze array of data and statistics, and other information. Assist in processes client requests to research issues, resolve problems, provide information by improving internal processes. Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co- ordinate the flow of information. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Assisting in managing the key accounts and/or tasks required from the team. Administrative tasks such as data-entry, invoicing, maintaining payables, applications & forms. Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents. Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services, updating internal system of record as per requirements. Conducting field market research on new and/or existing products. 20% traveling required for market research. #J-18808-Ljbffr
