Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners will drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fastpaced indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Our Route Service Sales Representatives Enjoy Comprehensive 10week training program Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route Majority work a 4day workweek Majority work no nights or weekends Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses & incentives Key Responsibilities Include Be the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns Grow the existing customer base by upselling and crossselling additional products and services Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely Comply with driving and vehicle regulations Skills/Qualifications Required Requirements Qualified candidates must meet all provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, performance and other business and organization needs. This disclosed range has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
