We are seeking a high-energy, solution-focused Marketing Coordinator to support our fast-paced Studio and Category Management teams. You will be the engine behind our daily operations, ensuring that projects for Pizza Pizza and Pizza 73 move seamlessly from concept to delivery. This is a developmental role perfect for someone with a ''can-do'' attitude and a strong appetite for learning the intricacies of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) marketing. Responsibilities Studio & Production Support: Assist the Marketing Production Manager in opening and managing dockets for the Studio team. Production management will include the coordination of jobs for print, digital production (menu boards, social, digital advertising), and CRM (email, SMS and in-app push notifications). Workflow Coordination: Help develop and monitor workback schedules to ensure creative, marketing, and vendor teams hit their deadlines. Resource Tracking: Assist in collecting incoming marketing requests from corporate departments and managing French translation workflows. Communication Hub: Act as a liaison between brand marketing, creative, and technical leads to relay project requirements and status updates. Category Management & CRM: Support project work related to QSR category management and CRM initiatives to drive customer loyalty and sales. Budget Administration: Support the maintenance of production budgets, including the creation of purchase orders and monthly balancing. Qualifications Education/Experience: 2+ years of experience in a coordinator or administrative role (marketing agency or in-house experience is a plus). Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Google Apps and exposure to project management tools like Asana. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is an asset. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Nice to Have PMP certification Knowledge of best practices and specifications for print and digital content Bilingualism: Proficiency in both English and French is a significant ''nice-to-have''.
