SE Health is hiring Registered Practical Nurses for a transformative role at Journey Home Hospice Windsor. Provide daily compassionate end-of-life care in this innovative, trauma-informed hospice environment. We are looking for RPNs in both part-time and casual capacities to join our dedicated team supporting structurally vulnerable individuals. You will work collaboratively with healthcare providers to ensure holistic palliative care. Key Responsibilities: Provide holistic and compassionate palliative care Collaborate with team members for patient-focused care Support patient intake and care planning processes Assist with medical documentation and administrative duties Engage in quality improvement initiatives Requirements: Current RPN Certificate of Competence in Ontario Experience in hospice palliative care preferred Willingness to complete LEAP Certificate within 6 months Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be available for 12-hour shifts, including weekends Utilize your nursing skills to support vulnerable communities at Journey Home, where every life is valued. #J-18808-Ljbffr
