This is a high-impact position ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, is comfortable handling multiple active roles at once, and can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle RecruitmentSource, screen, and qualify candidates for contract and permanent rolesManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake to offerPrepare candidates for interviews and client submissions, ensuring alignment with role requirementsBuild and maintain pipelines for in-demand skills (BA, PM, QA, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Data, ERP, etc.)Candidate Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with consultants and contractorsMaintain regular communication with active and prospective candidatesTrack contract end-dates, extensions, and redeployment opportunitiesOperational ExcellenceMaintain accurate activity logs in the ATSSupport continuous improvement of recruitment processes and delivery efficiencyEqual OpportunityPlanIT is an equal opportunity employer.
