Design and drafting of H.V.A.C systems, plumbing, and drainage in AutoCAD and Revit; Assist Project Managers to meet clients deliverables; Coordinate with the design team. MultiFamily experience preferred. Requirements Strong AutoCAD and Revit SkillsHeating and cooling load calculations using HAP tools or similarAbility to size mechanical systems and select equipmentAbility to review, interpret and apply building codes in different jurisdictionsExcellent time management and organizational skillsThrive in a fastpaced working environmentAbility to identify potential risks and report them to the PMsMixed Use, MultiFamily experience would be an asset47 years working experience in the building industry with extensive Revit and AutoCAD experienceA Technical diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, or other related fieldsTeam playerMotivated and passionate about design and building systemsCommitted to meet deadlinesAdaptability and able to pivot to meet ondemand requests on short noticeTo deliver creative, detailed, and coordinated design solutions on budget and on time.Assist Project Manager and team members to ensure projects stay on schedule and budget.Ability to Design and Draft a project from start to completion with minimal supervision.Deliver creative, detailed, and coordinated design solutions on budget and on time.Minimize repeat work due to client and AHJ comments Required Cognitive Skills Highly organizedCritical thinking skillsGrowth mentality and a continuous learner; multitaskingStrong memoryCalm under pressure Required Habits Builder of positive relationships with clients and team membersFollows processes and policiesKnowledgeable resource Success in this role is defined by the ability to deliver detailed, creative, and coordinated design results.
