It is in-office with 20% flexibility to work from home. Location Calgary, Alberta What Youll Do Lead engaging presentations and demos (online, in-person, and at events) Guide customers through onboarding and keep them engaged Upsell new features and services Work closely with Account Managers and log activities in Salesforce Use customer insights to drive retention and product improvements What You Bring 3+ years in customer success, onboarding, or travel management Experience in outbound sales, upselling, and cold calling Confident speaking to groups and leading training sessions A 'can-do' attitudethriving in a fast-moving, startup environment Strong problemsolving and active listening skills Techsavvy, with experience in Microsoft applications (Salesforce is a plus!)
