MDSearch is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) with medical aesthetics experience to join a wellestablished aesthetic clinic in Calgary. The clinic is part of a group with a leading name in noninvasive medical aesthetics, combining expertise with cuttingedge technology. With 68 clinics across Canada, their philosophy is based on offering highend, innovative, and nonsurgical treatments designed to rejuvenate the skin while ensuring visible, natural, and longlasting results. You will work closely with an onsite physician while benefiting from a dedicated marketing team that actively supports patient acquisition and personal brand development. The clinic is well known in the region and has a strong reputation, with an existing loyal clientele that would be transferred to the nurse. Other providers will also refer patients to them when they come in for care. Responsibilities Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and homecare products. Perform consultations and create treatment plans aligned with client needs. Perform the treatments according to the protocols. Prebook clients for future treatments. Build customer loyalty through post treatment followups, appropriate homecare recommendations and customer care during their visit. Track posttreatment clients. Attend training session and keep skills up to date. Take pictures of customers. Prepare sales consultation statistics for management. Verify the accuracy of the orders. Keep the protocol books up to date. Requirements Current license in College of Nurses in Alberta as an RN or RPN. 5+ years of experience in cosmetic injections and medical aesthetics. Having an existing clientele or following is a plus, but not a requirement in this case. Demonstrate a client centered approach. Demonstrate team spirit and collaboration. Demonstrate initiative and autonomy. Ability to respect work procedures. Excellent interpersonal skills. Commissions on services, products and injectables.
