Join a hybrid role as a Key Account Manager focused on major retail accounts. Develop and implement strategic sales plans while driving promotional initiatives and achieving sales objectives. This 12-month contract focuses on managing the Walmart account, entailing strategic sales development and trade budgeting. You will play a critical role in monitoring and addressing performance issues while implementing effective promotional strategies. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with sales targets and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Create and realize strategic sales business plans Monitor and analyze sales targets and operational budgets Drive trade promotion strategies for customer engagement Update customer business plans managing overall trade budgets Evaluate promotions to enhance ROI/ROS Requirements: 3+ years of sales experience in leading CPG roles Proven track record with leading retailers Strong management of P&L and trade expenses Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Expertise in Excel; familiarity with Nielsen is advantageous Leverage your sales expertise to foster partnerships and drive success in a competitive retail landscape. #J-18808-Ljbffr
