Drive impactful health initiatives as the Manager of One Health in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Calgary. This fixed-term position emphasizes strategic collaboration and program management. In collaboration with the Convenor, you will guide the evolution of One Health initiatives, actively engaging with researchers, funding partners, and community stakeholders. Your experience will support comprehensive program development and implementation, ensuring alignment with health objectives. You will also lead grant writing and financial planning efforts to facilitate research growth and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of a strategic plan for One Health Collaborate on new and existing health initiatives Design policies and procedures for operational success Execute community engagement and workshop programming Establish research metrics and evaluation processes Requirements: DVM, MD, PhD, or equivalent in a health field At least five years of progressive management experience Proven familiarity with health sectors and research administration Strong financial acumen for comprehensive budgeting Experience in developing multidisciplinary partnerships Shape the future of One Health through strategic management and collaborative research at the University of Calgary. #J-18808-Ljbffr
