IS2 Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Production Associate to join a growing manufacturing facility in Orillia. This is a full-time position offering steady work in a fast paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Pay rate: $19.00 per hour. Your day to day: Produce, assemble, finish, and package products according to established production standards. Operate a variety of production machinery, equipment, and hand tools. Work in a clean, safe, and organized manner while following all Health and Safety procedures. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and verify that machine guards and safety controls are in place. Read and interpret work instructions and measurements to ensure product accuracy. Maintain a clean and hazard-free workstation throughout the shift. Work both independently and collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets. Meet assigned goals and timelines while maintaining quality standards. Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and remain reliable throughout the workweek. Perform other duties as assigned. What we need from you: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to understand and communicate jobrelated information, including safety instructions, work orders, and production requirements. Ability to read and interpret imperial measurements. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment. Good decisionmaking and multitasking skills. Experience using metal or wood fabrication equipment and hand tools is an asset. Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
