TJX Canada seeks an experienced Manager of HR Express to lead its HR service and processing centre. This managerial role demands a strategic mindset combined with effective people management skills. You will be responsible for developing HR service strategies, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring high-quality service delivery for associates across Canada. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute HR Express service operating strategies Lead and coach HR Express team towards performance goals Translate HR strategies into service models and performance measures Ensure timely, accurate service delivery for associates Leverage HR data to inform insights and strategic decisions Requirements: Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably in operations Degree with CHRP/CEBS certification (in progress accepted) Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits Proven people leadership skills with performance accountability Strong analytical and HR systems capabilities Make an impact at TJX Canada by delivering exceptional HR services and leading a dedicated team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
