Become a vital part of COMMUNITY HOMES FOR CHILDREN as a Part-Time Direct Support Worker in Winnipeg, MB. Engage with children and youth to foster life skills and community connections through supportive care. In this role, you''ll work part-time on Sundays and Thursdays from 3 PM to 11 PM, providing essential care in both community and residential settings. You''ll assist children and youth in overcoming challenges related to trauma and disabilities, while building meaningful relationships. A priority will be given to those with Health Care Aide experience to enhance support quality.
