Elevate Seaboard''s driver support by becoming the Driver Care Centre Manager in Dartmouth, NS. This role combines leadership with operational excellence to ensure drivers are engaged and well-supported. As Driver Care Manager, you will lead three specialized teams, focusing on coaching, support, and technology. Your responsibility includes refining processes and improving service standards to maintain high-quality support for professional drivers. You will also track performance metrics and build relationships across functions to promote continuous improvement.
