Your focus will be on performance improvement, logistics, and quality control. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of MRC operations effectively Oversee dealer order fill rates and resolve backorders Hire, train, and mentor MRC staff for optimal performance Enhance communications with Hyundai and Kia on field issues Implement continuous improvements in the repair process Requirements: Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field Trilingual in English, Korean, and French is a strong asset 5 years in OEM parts/service operations required 3 years in a supervisory role Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Leverage your experience in OEM and automotive service to excel as a Service Manager at MOBIS Parts Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
