Lead impactful community outreach initiatives with Squamish Nation as the Manager of Community Outreach Services. Drive mobile crisis responses and culturally aligned care to support children and families. As a collaborative leader in Ays Mnmen Child and Family Support Services, you will oversee community-based outreach and crisis response programs. This role is essential to delivering low-barrier services aligned with cultural practices and clinical best practices while strengthening interdepartmental collaboration for holistic support. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership for outreach and crisis initiatives Support culturally grounded community-responsive service delivery Strengthen collaboration across departments for community support Supervise a multidisciplinary team of social and outreach workers Oversee operational and budget management for outreach programs Requirements: Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, or similar 5-7 years in health or community social services 2 years of supervisory experience; clinical supervision a plus Deep cultural competence in Indigenous health practices Valid BC Drivers License and First Aid certification Shape community wellness through leadership in outreach, crisis response, and culturally aligned initiatives that make a difference. #J-18808-Ljbffr
