Enhance customer experience as a Merchandising Associate for Kent, traveling between Halifax and Lower Sackville. Execute merchandising plans and improve product displays to drive sales. This position serves as a one-year term covering maternity leave. You will be responsible for executing merchandising tasks based on planograms and coordinating closely with the ReSET Team for project support. Reliable transportation is essential for traveling to both locations. Key Responsibilities: Implement merchandising resets following planogram directives Help roll out merchandising for promotional displays Organize and manage seasonal merchandising areas Carry out special advertising and promotion plans Ensure all displays are neat, stocked, and correctly priced Requirements: Previous merchandising experience preferred Basic hand tool carpentry skills necessary Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities Proficiency with smartphone applications for maintenance Reliable personal vehicle for commuting between sites Become part of Kent''s dedicated team, driving effective merchandise presentation and improving shopper interactions across both locations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
