Join Pinecrest Manor in Lucknow, Ontario as a Registered Dietitian. This part-time role offers flexibility while you provide essential nutritional support to residents in long-term care. As part of the Clinical Team at Southbridge, your expertise in geriatric nutrition will guide care planning and support both the Food Service Manager and residents. You will assess nutritional needs, develop care plans, and ensure that residents receive the best possible dietary options. Effective collaboration is vital in helping both residents and families understand nutritional recommendations. Key Responsibilities: Consult on residents'' nutritional and hydration needs Perform nutritional assessments using RAI MDS 2.0 Advise on menu approval for seasonal offerings Educate families and staff on dietary needs Participate in interdisciplinary committees for quality care Requirements: Registered Dietitian, eligible for Ontario College membership 3-5 years long-term care experience desired Skills in Microsoft Office and nutritional software Strong organizational and communication skills Commitment to teamwork and resident care Elevate nutritional care and make a difference in residents lives at Southbridge. #J-18808-Ljbffr
