Lead healthcare operations as the Unit Manager for Acute Care at Edson Healthcare Centre. Drive team excellence and coordinate clinical work with strong relationship-building skills. As the Unit Manager, you will provide leadership in the Acute Care setting, including Emergency Services and Dialysis. Youll facilitate effective change management and team development while ensuring safe patient care delivery. Additionally, you will oversee staffing, budget management, and implement quality assurance measures to optimize operations.
