What Youll Do As a key member of our Construction Services team, youll be the go-to person overseeing a variety of construction, professional services, and service contracts during all stages of construction. Youll spend your days: Leading Contract Administration Managing and administering moderate- to high-complexity construction contracts typically exceeding $25 million in value including professional service design contracts to ensure full compliance with requirements and quality expectations. Monitoring schedules, solving day-to-day issues, managing stakeholders, and contract communication. Driving Quality & Risk Management Reviewing progress claims, negotiating scope changes, and interpreting contract documents with contractors, consultants, and Client-Partners.
