Join Napoleon as a Validation Technician specializing in Electric Hearth in Barrie, Ontario. Ensure product safety and performance through rigorous testing and validation processes. Napoleon is seeking a dedicated Electric Hearth Validation Technician to drive product quality and assist in new product development. You will implement various testing standards (CSA, ANSI, UL) to validate safety and performance criteria. Your expertise will assist in enhancing the existing product line while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to address field issues and technical documentation.
