Lead and support youth as a Crew Leader at Dexterra Group''s remote summer camp. Engage with Rangers while promoting safety, teamwork, and personal growth. This hands-on leadership role requires living on-site during the entire summer program. Crew Leaders will supervise daily activities, mentor Rangers, and foster a positive camp environment. Strong communication, adaptability, and interpersonal skills are essential for success. Key Responsibilities: Provide active supervision during work and training sessions Enforce health and safety policies consistently Maintain camp cleanliness and shared spaces Assist Rangers in academic and project activities Conduct regular check-ins and nightly reflections Requirements: Experience with youth in outdoor or educational settings Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills Valid drivers license in good standing First Aid & CPR certification or willingness to obtain Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors Become a positive role model and help youth thrive in a supportive camp atmosphere. #J-18808-Ljbffr
