Deliver safe, quality patient care in the Operating Room as an Operating Room Registered Nurse Class A at Horizon. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support surgical patients effectively. As a key member of the healthcare team, this role requires an active registration with NANB and at least one year of recent operating room experience. You will utilize your assessment skills and ability to respond to emergencies while maintaining patient confidentiality. Your teaching and communication skills will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with colleagues and patients alike. Key Responsibilities: Provide perioperative services within established standards Monitor and recognize changes in patient conditions Perform nursing duties for surgical patients in Pre op, Perioperative and PACU Complete annual education requirements and adhere to protocols Collaborate respectfully with RNs, Physicians, and health professionals Requirements: Active registration with NANB Minimum 1 year recent operating room experience Up-to-date certifications as per Horizon policy Demonstrated ability to function independently Strong communication and teamwork skills Excel in patient care with organization, flexibility, and a commitment to safety in the Operating Room. #J-18808-Ljbffr
