Rural Roads Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency and ICCU Composite Line at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital. Provide critical care to patients 24/7 in a collaborative healthcare setting. This temporary position extends until approximately December 2026 and includes various shiftsdays, evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary. You''ll join a skilled team that includes internal medicine physicians and respiratory therapists to manage patients in intensive care following major health events or surgeries. Your compassionate care will significantly impact patients'' recovery and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Administer critical care to emergency and ICCU patients Work closely with medical staff and respiratory therapists Ensure patient emotional support and family communication Adhere to safety and privacy protocols consistently Contribute to a cohesive team environment Requirements: Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario At least 1 year of Critical Care experience B.L.S. and A.C.L.S. certifications required Medical/Surgical experience preferred Willingness to work flexible shifts Make a difference in patient lives by utilizing your critical care skills and emotional intelligence in this vital role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
