Job Description

We are a fast-growing, tech-driven 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) provider, specializing in end-to-end cross-border logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Canadian market, aligning with our global goals and leveraging the countrys robust logistics infrastructure and cross-border trade opportunities. Leverage your mature, existing local customer resources to secure new business, expand client relationships, and drive recurring revenuefocusing on ecommerce brands, retailers, manufacturers, and other key sectors in the Canadian 3PL market . Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term retention. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the Canadian logistics industryincluding developments in ecommerce fulfillment, green logistics, and cross-border tradeto refine sales strategies and identify new growth opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services, including warehousing, fulfillment, and cross-border logistics solutions. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the global leadership team, providing transparency on performance, pipeline, and market dynamics. Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility in the Canadian market (e.g., key logistics industry summits and associations). Requirements & Qualifications 10+ years of B2B sales experience in the 3PL, logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding industry in Canada, with 5+ years of sales leadership experience (managing teams of 5+ people). Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting/exceeding sales targets in the Canadian market, with a demonstrated ability to leverage existing client relationships to scale business. Mature, established local customer resources in Canadapreferably with connections to ecommerce brands, retailers, manufacturers, or businesses requiring 3PL, warehousing, or cross-border logistics services . Deep understanding of the Canadian logistics landscape, including major markets (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto), local regulations, warehousing capabilities, and cross-border trade dynamics with the US. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire a team and build trust with clients and internal stakeholders. Experience with sales tools and technologies (e.g., leading CRM systems, TMS/WMS tools) to manage pipelines, track performance, and streamline sales processes. Ability to work independently and remotely (if based outside Vancouver/Calgary/Toronto) while maintaining strong alignment with the global team.
