Respond to inquiries and requests providing professional high quality of customer service for the assigned portfolio. Monitor ongoing risks associated with accounts through systems and reports for all credit facilities to process transactions, margins and perform detailed analysis of financial statements and related documents to ensure accuracy of data.* **Compliance and Production Support -** Review complex loan documentation to ensure compliance with authorized credit and due diligence to escalate errors/omissions for correction prior to closing, and conditions precedent are met prior to closing and funding for new/amended credit facilities. Act independently of the business to ensure ongoing compliance of the terms and conditions of the authorized credit and exercise delegated authority to make decisions as required. Ensure compliance to internal controls and procedures with full authority to escalate to Senior Business Partners and/or Risk Management as appropriate to maintain integrity of CIBC's position and timely resolution of issues. Experience with reading financial statement, financial statement covenant monitoring and ratio analysis.* **Relationship Management -** Manage relationships with CIBC Business Partners on all credit-related activities to ensure accounts operate within terms and conditions of the authorized credit.
