Job Description

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) employees work with people who experience developmental disabilities as they live in their homes and communities. This position assists people in their daily life, working with them and their connections to ensure that they can live fully in the community. Direct Support Professionals recognize peoples rights to direct their life, understanding that each person has unique gifts and needs, and they support people to learn skills for their own growth and development. Permanent, part-time position. Minimum 32 hours biweekly. Shifts may include days, afternoons, occasional night shifts and a minimum of 2 weekends a month. Scheduled shifts will vary week to week based on program needs. Wage: $25.18 $29.46 per hour. Full G license is required. Closing Date: May 11, 2026, 11:59 PM. Education in Developmental Service Worker Program, Child and Youth Care, Social Work, Disability Studies, and Nursing is an asset.
