Join Golf Canada as the Assistant Coach for the NextGen Girls program. This part-time, maternity leave contract includes extensive travel to support young athletes in their golfing pursuits. The Assistant Coach will coordinate directly with the Head Coach to enhance player development and align strategies for success in competitions. You will provide essential coaching, feedback, and support to ensure that Team Canadas young golfers meet their potential. Administrative duties will also play a role in this impactful position. Key Responsibilities: Deliver coaching at domestic and international competitions Identify development opportunities for athletes Engage with players and their coaches collaboratively Create essential reports for player progress Act as an ambassador for Golf Canada and its partners Requirements: At least five years of golf coaching experience Proficient in Canadas LTPD model Required PGA of Canada membership Understanding of golf performance analysis Multilingual capabilities are a plus Use your coaching expertise to inspire and shape the future of Canadian golf with Golf Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
