Job Description

Site Identification and Relationship Manager The Site Identification and Relationship Manager supports the Global Functional Lead for Site Identification, contributing to end-to-end coordination of site identification efforts for awarded projects and pre-award site feasibility outreach. Responsibilities Provide datadriven strategic input into identifying and selecting investigators/sites, building lists and feasibility questionnaires, developing clear and compelling content, and leveraging various data sources to recommend site and country selection, timelines, and other conduct factors. Coordinate and execute feasibility activities, ensuring internal and external customer service, timelines, and quality expectations are met or exceeded. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Therapeutic Area Leads, Medical and Scientific Affairs leads, Medical Directors, Regulatory Experts, Data Protection team, Site Activation, and other stakeholders to support the feasibility process. Foster relationships with site networks and groups as applicable. Contribute to departmental process improvement initiatives. Support Feasibility staff in educating internal and external customers regarding datadriven feasibility and site identification. Adhere to country- and/or study-specific requirements, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and applicable regulations and SOPs. Contribute to proposals and budgets for standalone feasibility and site identification activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Desired Skills Ability to be flexible. Effective communicator in written and spoken English, with the ability to critically analyze and present information, communicate persuasively, and develop compelling visualizations (charts, graphics, etc.). Ability to think creatively and solve problems. Ability to process information and adapt to new information. Patience with colleagues and peers. Efficiency in a fastpaced environment with short timelines and oversight. Ability to function as part of and support/lead remote teams. Excellent organizational skills. Foundational knowledge of Site Identification. Ability to travel for business needs. Relevant Experience 5+ years of transferable experience in industry, healthcare, or datadriven feasibility. Clientfacing experience. Fullservice and postaward feasibility experience required. Endtoend experience in the site identification process. Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice principles. Minimum Bachelors degree. Competent computer skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably dashboarding tools (Power BI and/or Tableau).
