The Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, including supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, planning and preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards. Additionally, the role involves contributing to menu development, monitoring kitchen efficiency, and maintaining a positive and collaborative working environment.
