ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Research Consultant, manage all stages of the market research project cycle, including: Designing and developing custom questionnaires and discussion guides Overseeing data collection and ensuring strict quality control Identifying and writing up analytical findings Visualizing and reporting quantitative and qualitative findings Custom report writing and elevating deliverables Working with marketing research software packages Proactively nurture and develop strategic client relationships Mentor and manage junior researchers on project execution and client management Demonstrate drive, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong organizational skills for planning and implementing timelines Be a collaborative, positive team member who cares about the company, strategy, and market reputation Qualifications and attributesExceptional hands-on research expertise: questionnaire design, sample frame development, field management, analysis planning, data visualization, and report writing Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable asking for help when needed A passion to learn, achieve, and accomplish great things Interest in coaching & training junior researchers; openness to mentorship from senior colleagues Tech-savvy with online market research methodologies and technology platforms Ability to extract meaningful insights from qualitative and quantitative data Creative data visualization and reporting skills Passion for unlocking consumer insights to drive agile decision making Nice-to-have/backgroundUniversity or College degree Experience as a Senior Researcher 5+ years of relevant, hands-on experience (preferably with a supplier side organization) Background considerations: Supplier-side Consumer Health or Pharma research; CPG/QSR/Retail; Experiential/Sponsorship Experience with end-to-end market research projects and various quantitative and qualitative methods Experience mentoring junior researchers Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint) and quick learner of new technologies Analytical, logical reasoning orientation; strong numeric and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail Strong client service orientation and presentation skills; strong written and verbal communication skills ApplyIf you think you''re a good fit, please connect with us ASAP with your resume.
