With deep roots in the industry and a clear focus on people, performance, and customer experience, they are seeking a Regional Manager to lead and elevate a group of stores across the Ottawa region. This is a visible field leadership role for a proven retail operator who knows how to balance people leadership, operational discipline, and commercial results. The successful candidate will act as both coach and business partner to Store Managers, ensuring consistency, accountability, and a strong customerfirst culture across the region. This role sits at the intersection of leadership and execution. You will be trusted to run your region like a businessdeveloping leaders, driving performance, and ensuring brand standards are delivered every day, in every store. Competitive base salary of $80,000$100,000, plus performancebased bonus. Description People Leadership & Talent Development - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Store Managers with a strong focus on engagement, accountability, and succession planning - Recruit and retain highperforming leaders who are passionate about customer experience and team development - Conduct regular checkins, performance reviews, and development planning - Model the behaviours and mindset expected of leaders across the region - Identify performance gaps and create clear, practical improvement plans with followthrough Financial & KPI Performance - Deliver regional sales targets and key performance metrics - Manage payroll and controllable expenses in line with budget expectations - Drive performance against KPIs such as units per transaction, average transaction value, and customer data capture - Use data and insight to prioritise actions that create the greatest impact Operational Excellence & Brand Execution - Ensure consistent execution of merchandising, visual standards, and operational programs - Lead the rollout of store initiatives and corporate directives with attention to detail - Conduct regular store visits to identify strengths, risks, and opportunities - Act as a problemsolver and resource for store leaders on operational and customerrelated issues - Maintain strong communication with head office partners and crossfunctional teams Requirements - 3+ years of experience as a District, Area, or Regional Manager in retail or a servicedriven environment - 5+ years of Store Manager or equivalent multiunit leadership experience - Postsecondary education in business or a related field - Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% - A peoplefirst leader who knows how to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable - Commercially minded with a strong understanding of retail operations and performance drivers - Customercentric, with high standards for service and execution - Confident decisionmaker who is actionoriented and resilient - Comfortable working crossfunctionally and managing change Corporate Culture - Competitive base salary of $80,000$100,000, plus performancebased bonus - Stable, fulltime permanent role with a longestablished Canadian retailer - Autonomy and trust to lead the region with real ownership and accountability - Clear expectations, defined KPIs, and strong operational support from head office - Opportunity to lead experienced store teams while building future leadership bench strength - A peoplefirst culture that values development, engagement, and internal growth - Exposure to multibrand operations within a national retail organization - Travelsupported role with the ability to work closely with stores and teams in the field - A respectful, inclusive workplace committed to accessibility and accommodation throughout the employment lifecycle #J-18808-Ljbffr
